You may remain anonymous but providing your information will help us investigate your concerns quickly and thoroughly. If you remain anonymous, please provide all of the information you have in Section I so we can help and take careful, survivor-centered action steps on the case.

We must note that as mandated reporters, we would have to breach confidentiality if you identify as a minor in a trafficking or otherwise abusive, harmful, or neglectful situation as well as if you disclose specific intent to take lethal action against yourself or others.
